Our 2010 Crias season has begun and so far our score is 4 females to 1 male.  One of the females has the finest fleece I have ever seen on a young animal and we have high hopes for her in the future.

We have largely used Snowmass genetics on our herd and the prospects of fine animals is looking very good.  We are very pleased to see they are producing more females than males.  After 3 years of increasing our male population of alpacas it's a positive for us that we now are increasing the female stock!
